Morning all

Taking the kids shoe shopping is the highlight of my day, hopefully followed by some time in the gym trying out some new equipment

Good morning everyone!

My time off is drawing to a close, so time to start new anxiety drugs. Wahey! Actually, I'm thankful for them and the NHS as it all helps.

Chilled day with a bit of gym and then friends have a joint 40th later. It should be fun, although I'll behave as I have to drive.

Mark, I'm pleased you and the car survived. I've also learnt that way to SORN over winter!

Martin, HapPea birthday!

Well offered on a new home today in the Cotswolds. Should be in by March and mortgage free!!!...well I will be when I sell my place in Bristol to pay off the bridge...but its less than the price of a new GT so not too bad or worrying.

Hows your sale going Matt?

Hey Peter, that's really good news it will be strange not being in Bristol after all these years!
Best of luck with the move.

Morning all, great day at the shoot yesterday and some milestones for each of the dogs passed. Working in the garage today, bits to make for the week ahead.

Have fun all...

Well that was EPIC! Hooned the Golf on my favourite local roads and kept the M3 honest (big power and RWD with wet roads and summers tyres meant he was floundering) so the 35 year old car did well against a modern V8, can't beat a lightweight FWD car on the twisties that's for sure.

Tank slapper? It's called a dab of oppo !!!! SPORT mode on, full lock, floor it then opposite lock as the rear end tries to overtake the front end. It's what these cars as made for!!!!
Not so easy to do when the rack is slow & there is no power steering though!
