The good morning thread

Morning,

No work today but lots to do anyway. Need to measure the piping on the Spider's exhaust so that I can get an adapter made to fit my CF3 exhaust as the supplied one doesn't fit. The bonus there being that it means I'm removing two silencers so should be a little louder :)

The major news today is that drinking shortens your life. I'm convinced that there is a conspiracy to suck all pleasure out of life so that you can eke out your time on this mortal coil as long as possible. I'm for living well rather than surviving beyond mental capacity.

Have a great day all

Morning.

It’s Friday the 13th and it’s lining up to go that way.

Downstairs tenant at the office is getting the bullet due to non payment of bills.

He’s a slippery fecker and not looking forward to our meeting at 11.

Good luck with that, Matt.

Morning, all. Off to collect the car from Dub Customs today, plus all this work thang to deal with.

Morning all and good luck with your various endeavours, Friday 13ths have always been lucky for me. So today we are unloading the truck into the container and then a run to the scrap yard to follow to get some LeMans tokens!

Have fun all...

Morning all, WFH but no Poets day today. Took over a project that has gone completely off the rails earlier this week and so far today have had 3 main board directors chasing me for progress,

Morning all. Just had the rears finally put on, and the spacers I got from Adam. Car looks ace!
It's also great fun to go out of the tyre place with shiny new tyres on a greasy round!

I felt like some kind of drift king sliding up the round on opposite lock for 50 yards!

The before and after pics show the difference they make.

Evening, just in, knackered, 70 odd hours in 6 days, and another 7 at least to go, slightly ahead of the plan at the moment, which is a first...... back in a week....lol...

Morning all, seems agent orange has taken the world to war overnight, maybe Nostradamus was right again!

Off to Kings Lynn this morning with Alex to go to Anglia Car Auctions, there are a couple of old BMW’s he wants to ‘look’ at, this could get expensive. A 1602 which is tti bodied and an unmolested 2002.

Have fun all...

Morning chaps. Sat here watching the qually as I am sure you are too. McLaren still struggling and it’s all pretty dull.

Jobs for today, fit the stretch belt, refit the PS pump, intake and MAF on the Brera.

Just the timing belt to go then.

Weather improving, a mysterious yellow circle in the sky has appeared.
Off to Saltburn by the Sea for a Farmers market thingy
A few pints of Tetley Imperial last night which is quite rare in these parts nowadays. Very enjoyable
