Have now watched all the episodes. Have to say it has been largely a let down, more of the old stuff that was tired looking and new stuff (celebrity bit) that is just plain stupid.......5/10, must do better is my score.

Although I haven't watched (and probably won't watch) all of them I enjoyed the Namibia special very much. As David said, Ford vs Fezza but was excellent as well.

I have just watched the 9th & watched all the rest. It is a decent enough watch but I only watch it for the cars & very light entertainment. I wouldn't make a special effort to watch but enjoyable enough.
Just finished watching Season 2 of Mr Robot which is unusual for me as I don't watch any series or make any programme essential. It helps on demand as you can watch one when you want. I found it very interesting & the creative mind of the creator is very clever. In reality I think we are closer to much of this stuff happening than we think! Wouldn't take much for the same to happen.

I'm surprised anyone is surprised how poor it is.
We've all seen the last few TG series and as car nuts we give it the benefit. But...
In my opinion, puerile rubbish where they occasionally hit a sweet spot so we stay with it. (Even a blind squirrel etc)
Time to put them out of their misery.

I'm no hacker but interesting to see what a bit of gentle hacking can do. I know first hand how insecure most people's network & systems are as see it everyday. Most compromises never see the light of day so we only hear a minimum miniscule amount of hacking events & compromises. It really wouldn't be too hard to cause a fair bit of damage if you really wanted to.

Yes, its more of the same, and some of it is very silly but what's wrong with that? Its not a serious car programme and hasn't been since they brought Top Gear back. Its an entertainment show with cars.

...and what's wrong with that? Everything these days is pre-scripted and people rarely venture from this. No problem with that.

I don't like the fact they waiting so long to air the show.
The recorded segments have clearly been done a year ago as all the cars have been reviewed to death by the YouTube channels and top gear.
The only reason I can tell for airing the show so late is because Clarkson and his team could play top trumps on banter against top gear... but who cares about that other than themselves. The show is just another personality cult for Clarkson/hammond/may
