Own and run a furniture repair business. Started out specializing in antiques for private clients but now we take on everything. If we cant do it in house we find someone who can. The companies who use our services love to one stop shop.

I work at Newport Auctions, we mostly sell Cars, Vans, Plant Machinery and Bikes. Every day is different and I do enjoy it! :) It's a family owned business so we all muck in but I mostly thrive working in Sales and provisional Sales, it can be quite a buzz.

I had no idea people still live in South London.....

IS there a south London, Dem? Well, well, well. The things you learn here.

I work in IT sales in the broadcast and pay TV industry. We provide software and services to build and operate secure TV services across any device, from traditional linear TV to the brave new world of watching telly and other video content on mobile devices, TVs plugged into the Internet and so on.

I'm in branding and marketing. Set up and ran an agency in Leeds for 13 years before having to wind it up last August. Now flying solo as a marketing consultant, based from home near Cardiff, and wish I'd done it years ago.

Have worked with some interesting clients over the years - including Experian's major competitor (!), I rebranded Gamestation and helped them grow from 35 to 200 stores, I've worked with several automotive sector companies and have done some interesting stuff for the NHS.

...air trafficers? In person? I thought they were computer generated, I never see them, only ever hear them! You keep doing a good job Martin just in case I ever have to divert there!

Well if you do divert, pop over to the tower and I'll put the kettle on. I make a mean cup of tea too...

As little as I can get away with.

Officially a self employed Consultant Programme Manager, specialising in Retail.

But as Mrs Z puts it I am a mercenary, or a *****, selling my services to the the highest bidder. Worked for most of the UK High St retailers over the years currently putting together a Multichannel solution for Brown Thomas over in Dublin

Semi-retired telecoms architect/pre-sales consultant.

I work hard when the work is good, but then try to take time off when it seems worthwile. Took the whole of last summer off as it was such a nice one!
