Yes it was Ross, brought a smile and was impressive..!! Good video Chris..!!

Thanks, Robert

Those Go-Pros are a bit good. There's some flaking of the coating on the lens which shows as some softness towards the 9 o'clock position. I may see if I can get another lens.

If anyone wants them, I can get the Mitex General UHF Handheld Radio's for £120 per pair, alternatively the Mitex Sport VHF Handheld will be £75 each..!! Both are 5W output..!!

Obviously, if two members share a pair they are only £60 each. They come with a charger and can be sold on for about £50. This is a cheap way of keeping in touch.

If we all get Mitex, they have 9 pre-set frequencies. That way we can move up to stud 2,3,4 etc if we get interference or we blunder into someone else's chit-chat although lots of fun can be had by interjecting duff info into them!

The General (UHF) and the Sport (VHF) are not compatible with one another. Mine and Ben's radios are the Mitex General UHF ones, which are the ones SCD use and therefore could be sold on to SCD members after the trip if anyone didn't want to keep them.

Robert, are you sure the £120 per pair includes VAT and P&P?!?

That would work Drew, and as long as we make sure we all keep hold of our tin cans, then we can effectively tow each other along :D LOL
