Thanks Guys, I have booked it into Maserati in Edinburgh for a health check on the 15th, just in time for me to take it down to Spa on the 19th for the F1 GP. :)

GTS coming to the end of the warranty

My GTS is coming to the end of its warranty, is there anything in particular I should be doing, should I put it in for a check up? The car seems fine and the only thing it needs is a new front badge.

    Time to sell the GTS

Thanks, it is a great car and I am reluctant to sell it but sometimes you have to be sensible. I will probably buy a much cheaper to buy and run, lotus of some sort with some of the money so I will still have a fun car.

    Time to sell the GTS

Thanks for all the advice and good wishes, it has been very helpful and confirmed roughly what I was thinking in terms of price. It is a high spec car and the MC suspension is quite scarce and desirable (I think) so that should help the value a bit. I not a big fan of Monster Munch or half...

    Time to sell the GTS

I have decided to sell my GTS to help fund a property purchase but I am struggling to work out what it is worth. It is a 62 plate 4.7 MC shift with 14k miles, FSH and under warranty until September. It is black with black leather and the following spec: NERO ALCANTARA HEADLINING SAFETY BELTS...

    New stunning Alfa Romeo

The estate picture has been around for ages, it is just a photo-shopped Giulietta, I think that we will have to wait for them to launch it before we find out what it looks like.

    Best quick 7 seater estate/SUV?

Sorry but it is not for sale, the wife absolutely loves it and I think we will have it for a long time. It is quite funny having a XC90 that is decently quick, people definitely do not expect to get left standing by it and is does take them by surprise. Unfortunately good low mileage late model...

    Best quick 7 seater estate/SUV?

I have a V8 XC90, it is a very nice car with a lovely smooth free revving Yamaha built engine, I can fully understand why Noble chose it for their sports car. It is fast (for its size), comfy and spacious but the fuel economy is not great at around 19mpg average.

Living with GT on a daily basis - couple of questions for a newbie!

My car has the MC handling pack so it is a bit lower than standard, I have never had a problem with speed bumps but I do go over them very slowly, ramps can be a bit more of a problem but I have never had any major issues with them either.

    SUV Which one ???

We have a 4.4 V8 Volvo XC90 and like it a lot, the new XC90 looks superb and would be very hard to beat from a safety point of view. I believe that nobody died in a crash in Sweden in a current model XC90 for the first 10 years after its launch and the new one is a big improvement. They are...

    Tyre Pressures for GTS

My 62 plate GTS MC Shift also says to run the Pirellis at 2.0 bar so maybe it is only in the handbooks of the later S MC Shifts. Thanks for pointing this out, I had not noticed it.

    GTS MC wheel alignment

Thanks, I might try that with the Edinburgh dealer.
