A cheeky mid week weigh-in for me today:

1st April - Weight 93.4kg; Lean mass 66.4kg; fat 27.0kg
8th April - Weight 92.3kg; Lean mass 66.6kg; fat 25.7kg
12th April - Weight 91.4kg; Lean mass 66.1kg, fat 25.3kg

I’ve adjusted the lean mass / fat measurements as I’ve realised that if I take my watch and my Fitbit off when I weigh myself, that seems to account for about 0.5kg of muscle! Not sure why that is, but I‘ve decided to go with the lower numbers for consistency...

Just weighed myself for the first time since the lock-in started. Miraculously, and despite no proper gym and (probably) more food and booze than usual, I’ve lost weight. It appears those Joe Wicks PE sessions with my youngest have done something!

Jan 1st = 17.4 st.
Today = 16.3 st.

My original (modest but achievable) goal was to end the year a stone lighter than at the start. So it’s looking good so far. (Though there’s plenty of time to put lots back on!)

You appear to have beaten that goal, surely? Well done!

Morning all,

Time for a mid week weigh in, and still heading in the right direction....

1st April - Weight 93.4kg; Lean mass 66.4kg; fat 27.0kg
8th April - Weight 92.3kg; Lean mass 66.6kg; fat 25.7kg
15th April - Weight 91.9kg; Lean mass 66.4kg, fat 25.5kg
18th April - weight 91.4kg; Lean mass 66.3kg; fat 25.1kg

It‘s looking like the lockdown is going to be extended for at least another 3 weeks, so I’m going to continue being off the booze and try to get my weight below 90kg, and my lean mass over 67kg.

A few hurdles jumped.
Christmas & N Year 2019 then a gap to get back to my normal. Then a cruise and lots of food, then getting back to normal again now this isolation thingy and associated home baking with less exercise etc not much progress made I am afraid.
