What a great buy. Early worm, and all that.
Welcome to Strad Club.

(And best of all, you managed to find one with the correct caliper colour!)

Red all day. Otherwise they'd clash with the springs.

Why oh why didn’t more people spec blue Strads. I have a white one just in, toyed with the idea of wrapping it blue, but it’s more for personal satisfaction than a business decision.
Totally agree. I’d go for one in Blu Sofisticato. Love the colour of my Granturismo in that colour.

Because the brave ones get told the matching interiors look like 80’s primark trainers... so they aren’t brave again..

I don’t get the whole grey, white, black thing either. It’s like a movie from the 1930s on here half the time.

How many colours could you actually get a stradale in?
I presume less than the regular car. I don’t know why they restrict colours. Looking at the new trofeo quattroporte online there are no colours at all ! Even though the launch colour was the fetching shade of green.
All whites, greys and blacks. I think the ghibli can be had in 1 shade of blue. That’s it. Missed trick I would say.

Thanks all, looking forward to seeing.

Dicky - yes Granito. Nice to find a grey one as they seem to not come up to often. Would have been nice if it had the exterior carbon package but can’t have it all! No doubt your one going up tomorrow will be bought in quick time.

Having considered specialists for a PPI I am going to contact Migliore tomorrow as the dealer is located close to them.
That’s an unbelievable price from a MD so you should be very pleased as you just can’t go wrong. Congrats and enjoy the best allrounder available!

Been to see it this morning, very happy so proceeding and will collect at the end of the month. I feel like the Race button was designed to ensure salesman secure the deal on the test drive, that noise...

One question I do have if anyone can help with is the sequential downshifts. My understanding was you need to be in race and hold the left paddle and it will drop down as many gears as possible. I only tried this a few times on a short test drive but did not seem to work. Is there something linked to the engine being warmed up, or perhaps I need to get them to check the software? I was not driving hard so maybe that was also a reason? I will speak to the technician but no doubt someone on here knows.
