Try the JDM Civic hazard switch, looks a lot like the one used in the GS.
Thanks. This one?

It looks pretty cool, I might well.
My system is in and working now. I still need to do some cosmetic stuff and finishing off but Carplay, DAB and the microphone are working well. I have an ISO to DIN adaptor for the FM aerial on the way.
Here are some more pics of the work so far:
The black front of what was the CD player is missing because it needs a bit of repair. Externally it is fine but some of the interior screw brackets shattered when I took it out. It’s very brittle and I should have been more careful, but easily fixed.
The bezel fits very well. It is a very tight fit against the dash covering and I’ll spend a bit of time getting it to seat better. Then I’ll paint it. TBH I’d expected more hassle getting it all working and wanted to leave the cosmetics until everything was sorted.
So far my impressions of the Pioneer unit are extremely good, both the sound and functionality. I had already upgraded my speakers to Focals all round so can really hear the difference. There is no comparison with the NIT.
So far so good!
Edit: Since writing this post I’ve fixed a problem that I had. The Pioneer unit lost all of the settings every time I switched off. Turns out that the Maserati ISO connector is wired slightly non-standard. The permanent +12V and ACC +12V pins are switched. The permanent +12V keeps enough power to the unit to preserve the memory when the ignition is off.
Fortunately the Pioneer ‘power’ cable allows for this. There are two red wires plugged together and two yellow. Swapping them to two red-yellow connections fixes the problem. It’s mentioned a bit cryptically in the Pioneer installation guide, easier to see with the cables in front of you.
