All sorted for the White Horse. They're serving food all afternoon and have no problem if there's a flurry of food orders when we get there.

They'll be expecting us between 3.30 - 4.00pm.

It's a half hour run from the pub to the hotel, so sounds about right. Then we have time for the girls to get their glad-rags on for pre-dinner drinks from 7.30pm onwards?

Guys,

Just spoke to Chris Ward @ Silverstone, wanted to make sure we have no glitches etc. He is very relaxed about the whole thing.. Although 25 odd Mazzers in the pit lane will soon change that I'm sure!
Just a reminder, this is a massive favour he is doing for us, & we will be going on the track after a days racing.. we may need to be a little patient if their is the odd delay.

Hi All

I believe Tommo has put me forwards as photographer for Saturday, If you still want me to come and take pictures I am available just need to know what time, where to meet, the access I will get i.e. pits? infield? I will have my 6 year old son with me but he is keen to come along. If we head over early will it be possible to see some racing? I will be shooting using natural light only as flash is very time consuming and difficult when track side, I am however happy to show my portfolio and look at booking anyone in who would like to have a photoshoot. Please let me know asap so I can start making plans....

I have tried to attached a few pics from the shoot with Tommo so you can see what I have been up to.

Hi Mark, Can't thank you enough for doing this. It's appreciated.

Many of us are karting beforehand over in Northampton. This should be done by about 1.00pm-ish, so we'll be looking to get to Silverstone between 1.30 and 2.00pm.

According to Dave's itinerary we will be in the pit lane for about 2.30pm when photo's can be taken. I don't know whether there is a vantage point to shoot from that will get the whole gathering into the one frame, but that would be a great memento of the day. After that I think we'll have to wing it and make the best of what we're presented with.

We will be working around a planned track day, so that takes precedence, but hopefully around 3pm we'll have a parade lap, and I guess look to be wrapping things up and on our way for 3.30pm.

After that we're going to a local pub in Silverstone village for a quick bite to eat. You're welcome to join us.

So for the photo's it gives us a half hour window to do what we can.

There's genuinely no pressure, I'm sure you'll make a great job of whatever you have to deal with.

I seem to remember there being a tunnel somewhere in the Silverstone complex. It's quite long and quote tight (ooer!) but gives good acoustics and should be good for a fly-through.
