You are correct and I am wrong. The 0% deals are only on stock cars, and these are running out so unlikely to go beyond this month. Very few GT’s left, but better stock of S variants. (According to the dealer I just chatted to.)
If they're all listed correctly on Autotrader (which they may not be?) then there are only 37 brand new cars in stock that are available for 0% APR: 9 GT, 9 S, 10 San Remo and 9 R. There are also a lot of brand new Turbos listed, but they'll be outside of the 0% finance deal (they're doing 2.99% on those). I think they've put the 0% offer together by increasing their base prices - on the GT and the S - to cover the cost of financing them for 3 years out of RCI Bank ... zut alors Jean Claude!

The dealers get a list twice a week showing the available stock from Alpine UK. Yesterday there were only 3 GT's left. So some on Autotrader have been sold. Bottom line, if anyone one wants one on this current deal, act quick.

Yes, although this current deal may appear to be better than it actually is when you realise they’ve just inflated prices so they can offer the cars on what appears to be 0% APR. It maybe unfortunate for anyone taking this up if they subsequently offer discounts to sell off the end of A110 production, as they bring in their EV …

Alpine A110 prices have been rising steadily ever since they launched. And the final ones (pre-EV) will be the most expensive and sought after of the lot. Just look at what the R did in the EVO Car of the Year test.

I can’t see anyone regretting buying one of these, if you what you want is a beautifully balanced drivers car. What other sports car at around £70k (new) is more fun, more exclusive and depreciates less?

Well Done indeed Ewan.
What are they like getting in and out of ?
Good question - and that’s the only reason I went to the dealer for a physical look before buying (rather than my usual buy-unseen technique!).
The answer is, absolutely fine. Easier than my current daily sports car, the 911.
This model has the fixed bucket seats, and I thought they might be a problem. Firstly because I’m not small (17 stone), and secondly because I’m inflexible due to my broken back and subsequent surgery. But again, it was no problem at all for me. Surprisingly comfortable actually. (A long journey might prove different, I don’t know yet. But that said, for any long journey I use the RR anyway, as that’s the most comfortable car ever.)

They certainly have one of those at Hendy Alpine in Southampton, with the red roof. Ask for Adam Stewart who heads up Alpine sales over there … I didn’t pay much attention to it as I was more interested in a GT, but subsequently think the S is the one to go for due to the stiffened up chassis etc and improved road handling at higher speeds. Presumably the San Remo is an S under its skin(?). So it’s priced about £8k over the S stock that’s on offer. Never that sure about future residuals beyond any agreed GFV but I reckon the car is a guaranteed future classic - much like the 4C - without waiting 20 years for people to adopt it as such, so should see off the depreciation to some extent.
I bought my San Remo from Adam at Hendy - the car you noticed upstairs in their showroom.
It’s a GT under the skin, just with lots of extras bits, such as the micro fibre interior, bucket seats, telemetrics, focal hi-fi, race pedals, etc. In fact, if you use the website configurator and spec a standard car to this level, and choose a special paint colour, it’ll come to more and have a lower GFV - hence the San Remo being the logical choice for me. (I know, man maths, self justification, etc.!!!)

Thought about the S, but it’s too low and stiff for the country roads around here and many reviewers praise the GT more highly, especially if being bought just as a road car. Hope I’ve made the right choice for me.FF3CAE05-5F78-4941-A8BB-27AB4CE9CE8C.jpeg

Alpine are talking a quite bullish game with regards to production. The UK isn’t the best gauge of sales numbers but as long as they can keep selling them, they will continue for another >18 months yet afaik. 2026 .

What I admire is Ewan's Man Maths a beautiful Lamborghini and a Alpine bought in a matter of days.
I can see one of my last flings being an Alpine here.

Well done! I thought that was a very good looking car, with the red carbon roof. I found the buckets in it very comfortable, more so than the GT comfort seats that I thought I’d prefer. You can buy a lumbar support from Sabelt if that proves to be an issue. I’m leaning towards the S as apparently it’s a bit more planted at speed and I’d be using it for EU road trips (including some unrestricted autobahn!).

There are quite a few S cars available from U.K. stock, which should play to your advantage. All at 0% finance plus (potentially) a good few £ off the asking price. There‘s never been a better time to buy one.
