Any eBay experts out there?

Trying to sell two cars on eBay tonight. Tried this on both my iPad and my iPhone.

Every time I go to pick the category 'Cars' the best it will give me is 'Vehicle Parts and Accessories' in the menu.

Oddly enough, when I search for ones to buy it can find the category then. Is there a different way you have to put Cars on to sell, or is eBay having problems tonight?

Guess I'm not selling anything tonight!! Don't really wanna sell them for parts!

Hahaha! Right now I'd accept £135 for one of them, so frustrating. Tried every which way. Feel like throwing iPad, iPhone and iMac in the bin.

If you find something similar to what your selling you can click on 'sell it yourself' and it should take you to the correct category. I don't think this works on the app though.

Thanks lofty. You're right, it doesn't work on the App. I gave up on the app and tried going in through a webpage on safari. That was going much better until I tried to add the pictures and discovered it needed a URL so not compatible with Apple's Camera Roll. So I've had enough now and off to bed. I'll try tomorrow on a 'proper' Windows PC and if that doesn't work, does anyone want two free cars??!!

I find devices less than a fulsome PC/APPLE computer don't behave as they should as regards doing ebay things on them....best to do it on either device tomorrow then

1996 Mercedes C180 Elégance Automatic. 166,000 miles but steady as a rock, and

1999 Mercedes SLK 230K AMG 71,000 miles.

Decided to sell them so I can afford to repair the dent I'm gonna put on the nose of the GTS now you've all freaked me out about speed bumps and kerbs in car parks on the other thread!!

Looks like you cant sell cars via the app, so thats why you cant find the category. I can upload pics from my iPad library to ebay, think you have to use the 'Basic' uploader.

Hard to offload the middle aged Mercs, not if the C class had been 6 yrs older and called a 190, I'd have bought it off ya......

Jon, I assume that it's just the AMG body kit as I was under the impression that the AMG model was introduced later and with a V6.

It looks nice, could be tempted, how does it run?
