2007 that was, I remember it but never found out why. Mindless murder of someone just because he was in a particular club.

I think that was it. It wasn’t even a UK “beef” as I recall. Some **** club thing from the States. It’s stupid because over here i just think you’re a biker and that’s it. We all get along

Another one for Bathurst. GT probably more than the V8's as prefer to see those cars over Holdens and Fords. Saying that are their Holdens anymore ? .......Probably my favourite track of all time......Would love to drive it.

Just as an aside, the Holden Special Vehicles designer as was, also owns the Maserati Ghibli registry - Julian Mark Quincey.

I didn't realise until a couple of years ago when we started ton plan a very similar bucket list that Mount Panorama (Bathurst) is a public road when there not racing

A man of fine taste. My first love was blue ovals, but started to love Holdens after watching V8 Supercars throughout the 90s until relatively recently.
A 427 Commodore would be an almighty thing to have.

Same Hemi V8 engine... same switchgear, same engine, same software but a Holden....

Sharing bits like that is hardly badge engineering. You could say the same for a Transit and a Defender or a TVR an a SD1. You might as well say no great loss if Maserati went as you can have a Chrysler or a Jeep.

Silverflag is certainly on my list, as is the Mille Miglia, just need to afford something suitable to do them in!

F1 in Monaco appeals but only to have done it. Also Le Mans or Spa 24hr or both need to be done.

Cannot recommend the GP at Spa enough, absolutely spectacular, the best circuit to spectate at and the atmosphere at Monza is fantastic. Don't waste your time or money at Silverstone, it's sh*t.

I prefer Goodwood revival to FOS but both are good for seeing some great machines, members meeting yet to get to.

Might be biased but Historic Minardi Day (it's 3 days!) at Imola is fantastic, like Goodwood but 20 odd years ago with unbelievable machinery!

One track that I would recommend driving if you ever get chance is Donington. It's so much fun...technical and bloody fast. Driven it twice..once in an Elise and then in an Exige. I found it exhilarating and scary at the the same time in places. Great adrenalin rush.

Did you see this!!!!!

for a Vauxhall!!!!!!!!

That is a lot but I must say I did like the VXR8 that came over here. Something honest about that simple big muscle car. Yes crass but fun I bet.......Although the chap who came to one of the Sports Maserati Llandow track day in his Monaro Coupé version and rolled it May have wished he bought something with less power. Isn’t the Holden a legend down under Wattie ?
