I'm very familiar with this model. In fact have owned 0.006% of a giant panda via an organization called WWF for many years years now. I too was a little disappointed to learn that I couldn't take the bloody thing for a walk. Apparently, this wasn't really in the spirit of things and would actually be quite dangerous ....or so they told me.....
Appreciation on my 205 GTI was 576% over 10 years so I see this model working in principal. I wont tell you what I spent on it though
CarCrowds idea is much more interesting than many other investments out there, including my lazy *** trust fund panda. Its potentially very scalable too (thinking high end watches in particular)
