Quidco are fine. I've used them for about 7 years, including some AA/RAC cashback - though remember that cashback isn't guaranteed.
Pretty sure that RAC / AA are the only ones who don't have an age statement in their terms. I looked at Green Flag and others a couple of years back and ruled them all out with my 1998 Lotus.
2 other things to note. If you shop at Tesco, you can use Clubcard vouchers for RAC membership.
Your renewal will be high - probably higher than the full price on the website, and certainly a LOT higher than the quidco cashback new member deals. Either call them and discuss, or switch to the other one - AA or RAC. Loyalty doesn't pay nowadays!
