Im assuming the route down to Troyes, Mulhouse will be pretty much a straight run. (Although Colmar is worth a visit as is the Schlumpf Museum in Mulhouse)
So its just the bits in the middle, if we do the Furka we can stop at the Rhone Glacier amongst other stops on the way, the Furka Pass at the end is really tight but Grimsel spectacular as is the fluela.
Any suggestions or ideas would be good, but I may play it by ear. There is no quick and easy route to Bormio, its the longest day of the lot.
On the way back im going through Aosta to Martigny where some of the Italian Job roads are (the rest were in France)
1. Long Route
Susten Pass / Grimsel Pass / Furka Pass / San Bernadino / Fluela Pass

2. Medium Route
As above less San Bernadino

3 Shorter Route
Lot shorter and only Fluela Pass and Gottard Pass

4. Alternative via St Moritz, can add and remove passes

I have Michelin paper Maps to look at as well while we are there, which help.
Thoughts and suggestions helpful, but its personal preference of course.
The other thing to bear in mind always in Switzerland are the Police, they have no tolerance at all, none, and no sense of humour, they hate cars and especially our cars!! There are ways a means to enjoy though, especially tunnels.
