Just took my eldest late night shopping for some clothes he 'needs' for the weekend. Wrecked my front offside wheel on a horrible high-kerbed entrance to the multi-storey!!!

Pair of trousers & pair of shoes £100
Refurbed alloy wheel £100

Merry f****** Xmas!!

Sympathies, MAF. Last time I did mine was on the channel tunnel train thing, driving up the ramp to the top deck. Had only had it refurbed a month previously. Luckily the refurb shop had left a run in it so they re-did it for £30. A ton seems steep.

Like your style of writing Mark. Don't worry mate..there are more serious things to worry about in life, like when you're buying a Stradale...

That's pretty annoying mate. I suggest you deduct it from your son's Christmas present fund!

Haha. It was hardly his fault. Purely my driving error at a well-known place I hate taking my car to.

i had all of the wheels refurbed by Lepsons around July time, so 5 drama free months isn't bad really. Cost was £400 for 4. Expensive but they did an amazing job and used the correct Maserati paint code after the powder coating.

Whenever I park on the street, I park so far away from the curb that my passengers have to take a cab to get there.

Mark's son wants him to buy a Stradale. I can remember MAF writing it last week..

Not the right time for a Stradale for myself Adam..But......
Well remembered, Nikos. He mentioned it again tonight!
i wasn't interested in the Stradale before as it only had 2 seats. 4 makes it a more viable buy. I might wander up to my local MD over Xmas and take a look - they emailed me details of one today. I'm not going to buy one, though....!

Dem's right. It'll take a weak man to walk away from a 4-seat Strad. The strong man will do the deal, full in the knowledge that his better half won't give him ten kinds of **** for the rest of forever.

Edit: **** rhymes with shell. Although **** would work, too.
