Saying that driving anything in Europe is special...I love it...We drove to Italy in my old V6 GTV...Brilliant.....and Liz's yellow Skoda Octavia VRS...Still brilliant.......If I did it in a Maserati I think I would have a be driving with a erection all day.....Great experience...

Part of the excitement of driving in Europe is the feeling that if you get stopped for a speeding misdemenour , its not fatal like it would be here on our doorstep, makes for a nice relaxing drive , dont you find that now here in UK whenever your driving somewhere new your continually nagged by your brain that round the next corner might be a speed camerea or MR plod with his handheld ...................................really taken all the relaxing fun out of exploring new roads ,

Pic 3 is the best Dem, nice to see you in your footy kit, a proper Brit abroad :D:D you should have smiled more when sitting next to Ronnie Mcdonald, quite surprised he did not give you a free balloon.

Sold my 1st property......
No targets for 2 months and i sold one today.....have a good offer on another one so that should go ahead tomorrow as we only 2k away so im happy.....

What a feeling.....they all so happy with me and ive come home with a big grin....its going really well so hopefully this is what im meant to be doing with my life.....

I said few days ago i sold 2 but i jumped the gun till today when they were accepted and solicitors are doing the contracts....

House was 400k sold for 385k.....
