Coxy,
She looks great. I have never seen an AC with a different colour interior, is there a contrasting piping, I can't tell..?? Does your car have the Assetto Corsa door kick plates too. Very interesting differences on the interior in Oz, I have learned something..!!
Cheers

Hey mate,

Yeah it has the Assetto Corsa Door sills also. Musn't have taken a photo of it....

I am quite intrigued at the difference between interiors also....didn't realise there was such a variation.

Yes Coxy, the 75 AC's that came over to the UK, mainly consisted of 3 colours Red, Black & Silver, all the interiors were Black with Red piping, all had drilled pedals and I think they all had a carbon pack on the dash. If you look at the Maserati records, there were other colours made, but we thought they were to special order according to Maserati. I think there was a thread on here somewhere giving a list of the colours made.

In all it's glory, I wonder how many are left from the blanks on the list? Even if half of them are still on the road, with those having been exported we would only be left with less than 60 here.
And the transmission split looks interesting as if there were only 25 or so autos, I am guessing that maybe the end float on the manuals has claimed a fair few victims as the split now looks even between the 2

How do I go about finding what colour code my car actually is? Is it in the manual?

It should be on a sticker on the underside of the bonnet but once you post a photo, someone on here will no doubt tell you exactly what colour it is

How about the interior colour?

Quick update/Explanation as to why no photo yet, car went back to the workshop friday afternoon. The workshop put Penrite 5w40 HPR 5 in as engine oil which was the wrong weight...not sure why but these things happen sometimes....Im not upset about it at all but I managed to track down some Agip Racing 10w60. I will have the car back Monday afternoon and can take required photo's then.

So long as it's a 10w60 racing oil that should work fine, but Selenia is recommended..!!
