If you are out in the sticks and you can't get Selenia, you will look for something that you can get. It has to be good quality racing oil ideally..!! Selenia actually reduced some of their specification a few years back and good oil is good oil. I think it's made by Petrofina if my memory servies me right..?? The same bunch that sponsor the Ferrari F1 Team..!!

Hi Coxy,

I recall asking the same question before I bought my car and I still have the picture that a generous member sent me :)
The sticker is on the underside of the bonnet on the left, near the windscreen.

I have DuPont colour charts with paint codes covering Maserati 1996-2000 (29 colours) and 201-2004 (13 colours).

If anyone has a query ping me an email and I'll help if I can.

So long as it's a 10w60 racing oil that should work fine, but Selenia is recommended..!!

Hey guys,

Yeah now I am using Agip 4t Racing 10w60 the car is running much better. Seems to be happier everywhere and the oil gauge hasn't moved an inch.

Agip oil is recommended by the book as well as Selenia, so I will run with what the book says.

Do you have BF??

I'ts not listed Dem, perhaps because my charts only run to 2004.

Various web references suggest that BF is 137.739, but it's a hanging offence to apply it to an Assetto Corsa which should of course be Rosso Mondiale (231.199)!
