Well Dem....at various times, various clubs were lambasted for pushing prices up.........mostly Man U cos they were the biggest/richest......always vilified for that and their success....secondly Nottingham Forest bought the first £1 million pound player......outcries and outrage...............and of course Blackburn Rovers " bought" a title with your very own King Kenny in the 90's........aaaaahheeeemmmmm....;)....;)......and then Chelsea the last 5 yrs...as if money was going out of fashion..........ways of the world....................finger in ****.......Dem?

i know frank, its the way its always been but lately anyone can buy a club and make them successfull with no thought about the youths trying to get in, they will go and buy a player for 40m and let the youth join a lesser team, thats whats wrong with it, the future is not good, and even us who went and bought a younger man at 35m is madness!!

our king will see us through and ill out money on liverpool winning the title next year with chelsea winning nothing, anyone??

look at the new law UEFA are brining in, it is you can only buy players with money the club actually takes in from ticket and meechandise sales, so clubs that are owned by people or groups like city and chelsea, can only buy players with money the club actually brings in. Only Arsenal and Tottenham are the 2 top 6 teams that benefit from this new rule.

yes i agree with the rule adam but FIFA have always ****** up....

they had a rule this year about teams can only register 22 players and who evers left out will have to be sold but that didnt work....

It real terms guys....the true English standard of footie is played in the Championship............the premiership is merely a section of FIFAs European type league system.............all started downhill when premiership started.

...ups and downs at times Adam...sometimes La Liga...sometimes Serie A.....sometimes premiership.......depends on time of season, whose about to win what etc................for entertainment/watchability....not about best league for highest quality play or footballers.
