Most of their wax is developed to work with the pain of manufacturers;
http://www.swissvax.co.uk/

Scuderia
Contains a high concentration of ultrapure Brazilian Grade one carnauba wax (40% by volume). This wax is matched to the particular requirements of italian vehicles like Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Ferrari, Maserati and Lamborghini. 200ml 1015640

Autoglym do a Swiss wax too which is what I used. They supply the pads which have to be damp before applying and the polish cloth .......I think I paid around £45 for a small jar.

I used to use that one UM and found it very good but discovered Harly wax which is half the price and much better...Well worth having a go and seeing what you think.

Am I going mad??????........I think I probably am. Since spending the day waxing the Maserati, I have not dared to drive it in case it gets wet. My wife thinks I need to see a doctor.

Ha, welcome to the club...Always feel I want to hit something if I wax and then I'm out next day and it rains on all my hard work...Sad isn't it.

gave mine the works today - 2 washes, clay, and wax (the harly stuff i bought off the guy with the mint de tomaso is superb) - 7.5 hours straight it took me, with a 20 minute break to water and feed. i'm *%^~ing knackered! there must be others out there that will put my casual effort to shame!?
