If they are to fit on a 4200 you will need to wire the valves to the "sport" button, or a seperate switch..!!

I think you have to put a separate switch on a 4200 as the ECU isn't wired up to activate the valves. It's easy enough to do, I did it myself!

Instead of Sport I have the Power mode, would it work activating them by this?

I suppose yes. I think my button is written as Power instead of Sport due to the non Skyhook...

That does indicate no Skyhook, but you still have what is effectively a sort of sport button..!! I think you will need a seperate switch to open and close the valves..??

4200's with non Skyhook suspension got 'PWR', Skyhook cars got 'SPORT', that stiffened the suspension at the same time as speeding up the gear changes.

The confusion is that I believe all UK 4200's where supplied with Skyhook suspension (this was told by me when I phoned Maserati for the build info on my car), and therefore the 'SPORT' button.
Remember Nikos car is not a UK 4200 so was non optioned with Skyhook suspension when new...hence 'PWR' and hence why the previous owner most likely fitted KW's to replace the standard non Skyhook suspension.

That's what I also knew about difference between Power and Sport and yes I think KW is a true needed upgrade

I think I only receive the effectiveness of the faster gear change. Correct? The switch will need wires' connection?
I'm sure they were. If you had the non-skyhook, you got PWR not SPORT.

That was always my understanding anyway, but they were rare.

Hah so I have a lower spec car which at least is rare..
Sorry we've been so out of topic and I'm the reason for that but do you also know if the're is also difference between ASR and MSP?

Yes, ASR is only traction control (early cars), the later cars have MSP which is traction control and stability control.
Having driven my car on track several times, including driver training on the limit and beyond with no stability control, ASR only, you would have to do something very silly to need it!

You will need to wire up the valves to a switch in the cabin, a few have done it and it's not that difficult..!!

I don't think you can have MSP if you don't have skyhook, as it's the electronic suspension that controls the stability in MSP..!!
