Mine has Skyhook and it also looks pretty obvious to me that the spring is on a floating base. Not sure if that's the right expression but it looks like you can adjust the height of the base by screwing it up and down. I'm away at the moment but let me have poke round for some pictures...

Right, this is the best I could do. The bit I've circled is what I've referred to above - an adjustable base / platform that the spring sits in. It's pretty much what mine looks like although I don't know if this picture is with or without Skyhook. Anyway, mine's in to have the rear springs replaced next week (standard springs - £70) because one of them is broken or on its way to breaking. Unless it turns out to not be possible for some reason I'm getting it lowered at the same time. Around 12mm rear and 8mm front. Give or take. :smile:
