I'm in. Dorking Wimpy is more or less up the road from me... plus the ability to park out front, which you can't do in Farnborough.

BTW - are we all due to be perma-banned for an epic thread drift??

I suspect it would be very quiet around here if drift was a banning offence.

I pass the Dorking Wimpy everyday on my way to work, so I'd be in... Didn't know you could park outside.

Whilst I’ve seen a car or two parked in front Of Wimpy on occasion, I suspect a fleet of Maseratis would effectively render the traffic one way and therefore unpractical...

There’s more parking in Denbies wine estate nearby - did I mention that’s a vineyard? :D

Tom Good bought a loom from Dorking in 'The Good Life' on a trip to collect some chickenfeed with Margot. She bought a (as it turned out, ornamental) spinning wheel and Tom schemed he could 'borrow' it and make clothes in congestion with the loom. He spent their £10 float on it and Barbara went apeshīt.

It all happens in Dorking....

I'm back in UK for lockdown - office not open until New Year so nobody is in office, all working from LU, BE, NL, FR and DE. However several are working from PL, HU and ES, so I thought sod it. Everything works, no geo-ip blocks.....

I love The Good Life, I rate it over Fawlty Towers nowadays.

So many good 'old' comedies; Blackadder, Thin Blue Line, Yes Minister, Only Fools and Horses, Green Green Grass, etc.. Sadly, many of them couldn't/wouldn't be made these days.

I like the facelift cars. Think it has given it an up to date look...Not the the older models look..well....old.
Agree with that, mine (2011) now looks like an old design. The second facelift if combined with the 8 speed auto and turbo V8 could have gone on a long time.
