Bonus slightly related trivia alert : my mum went to stage school with Dennis Waterman
Our family car in the 1970’s was a Bedford Utilibrake, like a minibus. Painfully slow so when we went to Leeds to see family it took 2 days !!This came up on my Google photos 3 years ago when we were looking at properties.
It's probably still there central North Island New Zealand.

You’re crazy.Call me crazy, but I was more excited in the week leading up to its delivery, than I was for the 430 or 550. They get under your skin! And the fact you can customise them to your own taste, and can do most of the work yourself makes you bond even more w it !
Dirt cheap to run: A fuel pump cost £20, water pump £50, new gearbox £500, new clutch kit £100, etc... No road tax, £90 annual insurance, no congestion charge etc...
They are still quite cheap to buy (£15k get you a restored car on galv chassis)... they’re appreciating fast though
To be fair a Jaguar can be like a Maserati but if looked after they are both very reliable.Remember my next door neighbour having one of those Jags in that colour. We had an Audi.
His jag was always broken.
