I don't think MA54XXX type plates are particularly cheesy just like anything that says Maserati people think they can quadruple the asking price!

Just chuckled to myself as I remembered a boss I had some years ago 98 R plate - bought a 355 always bought a number for every car got R1FER.... He never got the irony as to why the police found that one so interesting! Maybe going to Amsterdam reminded me of that one!

...not entirely sold on all this.........prefer a single digit initials type....classier and understated..........but they cost a lot!

Do it....your type of car is crying out for one.......I have K33 WELL and my names KEEDWELL...Only cost £250 but only means something to me........

Andy, I assume you mean K33 WEL, otherwise you may well get pulled for an illegal plate!

I have S70 BOR which I paid 250 for from the DVLA. I was happy with this as it looks like STOBO R, which is my name ( stobo rob ). Of course I was wrong , as my wife explained, it actualy stands for stobo ros, which is her name and is why she has it on HER car.
