Im guessing its a big foot rather than a little foot. So 32 or 33 cms

There is no single answer to this as pre metric German measurements differed by area I believe i.e. a foot in Bavaria had a different length to that in Saxony. I also think even within regions the length differed so it could be anywhere between 280 & 310mm or so

Ok, a Prussian Foot is 313.85mm so slightly longer than an Imperial Foot.
