I organised this event for 2010 and was restricted on Maserati owners, however, as I've got in early for 2011 there will be no limit on numbers. This is a private open day and flying display held annually for the servicemen and their families on the base. No general public allowed which results in no over-crowding, no queues and easy access to look around all the fabulous aircraft on display. Ask any of the forum members who attended in June this year and they have all said they would return again if the opportunity arose. It also co-incides with the Queens Birthday flypast over Buckingham Palace and as a result the whole package of aircraft continue onto Oxfordshire to fly straight over the camp as part of the display. We will be allocated a safe concrete area on one of the aircraft parking bays to display all the Maseratis along with other classic car clubs. I will ensure we are all parked in one group and you will be free to explore all the attractions, fair rides and shows....ALL FREE OF CHARGE.
The only catch is I need to go through a few security hoops for all those wishing to attend which I wil cover closer to the date. So if your up for a fantastic family day out courtesy of the boys in blue then please start a list below. Cheers Spikel
