Excuse my ignorance Guys, but why is red thought of as difficult to sell on? The very first 4200 I tried was red and in the flesh I thought it looked great
Cheers

If thats the same car thats fo sale privately (and I think it is based on the seat repair), i'd want to look very, very closely at the history. It looks amazing in those pictures but I've seen pre-prep pics and it looked pretty unloved. I wouldnt say that means its a dog as it looks superb in the pics now.

Looks to be the same in both ads as both talk about new rear P-zeros / nearly the same number of miles on the clock and almost the same distance away from my house according to AT. Dads Speed Shop seem to do brokering as well. I've always liked red ever since I saw the Evo review http://www.evo.co.uk/carreviews/cargrouptests/50775/maserati_gransport.html - I think it is one of those whether you have to see it in the flesh as the pictures never do it justice

Can't say I like it. In fact the interior was what decided me against the GS when I bought my 4200, though I do like the idea of the start button! That and the extra ££'s, needless to say.

Gotta be honest, I much prefer the full leather, BUT, but....I saw a Med blue coupe and Spyder which both had tech and which both, I felt, carried it off very well. I also think Silver cars suit the tech too.....I think in a few years time, IF GS's become a bit of an acquired taste, the earlier ones with tech will become popular for the novelty.

i dont mind tech cloth, i would prefer full leather but if there was a GS for sale at the right price with tech cloth, like Si's car then i would not hesitate to buy it.

Thanks for the plug Adam!

I quite like the grey techno cloth too - why have heavy leather when you can a material which weighs much less?
