Ah, damnit, I thought it was the FOC when they were doing the F40 thing. Is the the kind of event you can just turn up to and pay on arrival? If so, that might be the go on Sunday is MrsWoody is keen.

Great day out at Silverstone, we had a fantastic time with a great bunch of guys. Almost spoilt at the end by an obnoxious kn0b in an X5 with the reg; CHC 1. This guy apparently has 2 Maseratis, regards 4200s as a poor mans Maserati and is aggresive as he is stupid. If you are lurking on here, pm me. Go on, pm me.

On a better note, I saw Elliott in passing as he left. I recognised his Hawk which I had been looking out for all afternoon but hadn't seen. We will meet one day mate!

I was on the lunchtime parade with my Hawk . But we were down near the back and your eye have been taken by the SEVENTY F40s up the front.

That was I my dear chap! I was getting together with the guys I was driving back with; the 360 spyder, a 360 CS and a Testarossa. Bit of a hoot to round off a great weekend.

Ah, I only heard you call out as I passed. I had my earphones in. That's the only way I can hear my sat-nav when I'm driving the Hawk.

A chap on Pistonheads was kind enough to take some shots of our cars on the Sunday parade. I thought to post one on here. My Hawk is the red and white one front row, right hand side of picture.

As you can see, Strato's reps were much rarer than the two-a-penny F40s last weekend.

Ah... That'll be where the F40 I spotted on the M1 was from on Sunday; I saw a stratos going North as well but dismissed it as a kit (sorry if it was a real one)..... up by the M69 junction as I said on the spotted thread the F40 was really giving it big beans and this is the first time I've seen one being driven really fast on the road, magnificent to behold & hear!
