8th is the date I am pumping for too Miles.

I say put a shorts list of 3 venues together miles, and put it to the vote. Give me the list of people going and I will also follow up with an email.

If time is running out, then happy to also include last years venue if it keeps things simple. Yes it overpriced, but I am sure I can set up a full 'Members' bar in my room for afters ;-)

Right,... subject to getting all the pieces in place we're going for the 8th.

Matt, if you don't mind I may pass on the 3 options as it's not just about one venue, it needs to tie together the karting, the meal and the hotel, all of which need to accommodate a rather large booking at relatively short notice and all of which, to one extent or another, will need to be paid for in advance.

The original premise was to move the event to somewhere more central, which is where I'll start, however I'll contact all of last years venues to get a fall-back in place if possible.

Leave it with me for a bit and I'll come back with a proposal.
