Morning everyone. A bit cold here lately, and it seems it's going to rain.

Having to wash the carpets at the balcony, then get to work. Have a great weekend.

Great news Drew.......I remember when we bought our first apartment in Paris........we had to take the TGV to Brittany to get papers signed and return on same day then fly out that evening.........

Oh, sorry, got carried away, morning troops.

Off out at 8 on a cycle ride up the woods, its gona be a killer.

Then we have a party tonight at ours (no, I am not putting it on FaceBook, the fruit bowl can only take so many keys)

I am going to use it as a training session for next weekend.

The bathroom refit continues today, it's taken a week for the plaster to dry so coving and mist coat today.

Still no GranSport, looks like the Alfa for the SM Xmas party :-(

Morning all, sounds like we are all having fun! I'm off to the motor factors today to. buy the last few parts to finish putting the beastie back together over the weekend including taking the wheels to get the winters on! MOT booked for Monday :)

Morning, off to build a shed so I get the kids bikes out of the dining room for Christmas.

At least it's dry and sunny here.

Sadly my flat in London has fallen through, the offer I made (£1,000 per year less than they wanted) was rejected as they want the full rental price even though they have lost twice that with it being empty for the last 6 weeks...estate agent also got the Council Tax wrong by £1,000. So the hunt starts again

Hes a footballer? Excellent......keep him going Andy, some 16 year olds who have signed for clubs earn 8k a week!!

Morning, i have decided to not buy a GTV V6 until the Maser goes, it will be too much insurance and running both of them.....im after a runaround now to get to work and back, 1k max.....
