Morning to you all.
My fourth day with my left arm strapped up and varying degrees of pain and discomfort.
Taking loads of pills and looks like I'm off work for a while.
Could be the end of my off road riding too.
Take care all.

Morning all, hope you are able to get back in the saddle Phil. I’m off up north today, site near Beverley first, on to Darlington for 15.00 latest then on to Premier Inn Newcastle Quayside for an overnight, so my favourite little Italian tonight I suspect.

I was on pain killers for 4 days then stopped them- not because I am a roughie toughie Northerner, I just could not have a ****. I slowly improved and was cycling again after about 6 weeks although gingerly! Still not totally recovered and I may never be, but I can do easier rides so do not give up hope.

Cooler today but still bright and sunny which is good

Morning all, just a day of sorting stuff out (cats and dog) before heading to Sicily tomorrow for a fortnight. :)

Morning all. Been on the blower all morning thus far and not had a chance to check in.

Good morning everyone, usual Thursday but with the CAA this afternoon. Then jump in the car asap to wing it round to the ACE. Try a pick up Mr Pea on the way...then a side dish of ribs

Isn't waking up at 4:30 great? It gives you lots of time to do things before thinking about heading to the office... Did a bit of video editing from the weekend, but you'll all have to be patient as there is a lot to get through.

Office for me today. Billy-no-mates though, everyone else is on holiday.

Good morning all, you kids have fun at Ace today! Bright and noisey here in Newcastle the seagulls are nesting on the bridge again! My head is a little thick this morning, may have enjoyed a few too many last evening! Off to do a surprise factory visit first then a site in Leeds later and ending up at mum’s.
