Steady on, chaps.

Finally arrived about 2.30 and fixed about 3.30 pm. So 16 hours to respond.

I have demanded:
  • Failed to provide the service that I paid for: refund the £178.99 annual fee.
  • Directly cost parking charges (3 x £4.70 = £14.10) and driving to and from the stranded car (4 x 30m x 45p = £54)
  • Wasted a day, so pay for the new tyre in compensation £138.31
Holding my breath until I get paid.

Morning everyone and it's going to be 18° here today.
The house a balmy 20° so no need to light the wood burner.
Lots to do as we go to Nantes tomorrow for the weekend.
Enjoy your day all.

Morning all, WFH for the rest of the week. Weird rain on this mornings walk, nothing hitting the ground but a fine mist floating in the air got absolutely drenched. That's ireland for you 50 different types of rain and you can guarantee one or more are around most days but they don't normally last for long

Morning, all...it's Drive Your Coupe GT to Work Day for those who celebrate. Still coughing and tired but otherwise just ducky. Also a bit on the warmer than usual side here with an expected high of 66F. Hoping to get back home before darkness falls...be safe out there.

Well I didn't have to hold my breath all that long...

They will sending me £281.41 (£75 + £14.10 + £54.00 + £138.31)

I think the combination of . . .
  • undeniably terrible service . . .
  • prompt complaint . . .
  • enumerated and affordable demands . . .
and . . .
  • furious and sarcastic email to the CEO . . .
. . .did the trick.

I confess, I am impressed!
