It's mechanically sound now too. :-) Wasn't cheap to repair, but worth it.

Will be getting some interior pics after I have it valeted on Monday. I'll also be either getting a quote for a minor paint repair .. or just doing it there and then. I expect a perfect car will sell quicker, but at this price, well...! What interior pics do people prefer? Leather is in...

Just to end of this thread... I can confirm that this Gransport has been the best car I have owned. Ever. To all those looking to take the plunge, just do it. :) Such fun to drive. Some interesting times with the odd mini-fault, but nothing that the specialists could not fix! Paul

Not wanting to steal the thunder here... but... I'm selling my GS and used that advert as a benchmark. I was under the impression I'd be able to get far more, but I need a quick-ish sale. I've been brave (stupid?!?) and taken the advice of the guy who is sorting out my new car and put my GS on...

Closer to £1200... and that's if you can find one. Most garages I talked to would have to talk to Maserati HQ and "persuade" them to supply one. :unsure: So I think I'll be going down the repair and sell route in the near future. Oh, and also because the coffee table idea was vetoed...

Interesting coffee table option...! Sounds like people trust the repair option - to an extent. :-) Time to get proper quotes and strength promises from the repairer methinks. Thanks all... P

One of the springs in my window switch has broken. :-/ The switch still works. :-) I've found (via searches here) that you can apparently only replace the whole unit and not individual switches. :-/ Anyone had this problem and solved it without replacing the whole unit? Thanks, Paul.
