you even know how to spell it, I would have thought it was "grinder"

Interesting - you first tell me that I've spelt it correctly and then pretend you don't know how to spell it. I think you've tripped yourself up there!

Phil showed me the app at the weekend. He was very excited about all the casual hook-ups he's been having!

Midlife/Moz/Gym-Jim added and Hodroyd confirmed.

Gym-Jim has had to go into gite 4 for now, we will see where he fits at the end as there is no space in Les Blot.

9 months till the off!!!

You guys are a bit slow we had our provisional bookings done a couple of weeks ago :)

Tempted to take the Spyder again but would prefer it if it went there and back under it's own power rather than on the back of a truck. Alternatively I will take the Giulietta only 34 years old but it will get there and back no trouble

Feeling a bit down what with the Goodwood event out of the way and Summer definitely a memory now so thought I would give myself and pick me up and commence with the 2016 Road to Le Mans.

Not looking for any money, just to prepare anyone thinking of going with the dates: 14-20 June 2016. Currently the majority thought that 2015's 7 night affair was a day too long so we may change this to leaving a day shorter and go on the 15th June. I would really like to do Paris this year if I can secure a hotel with underground parking (Garage Prive) and everyone also really likes to stay in Bernay. So we need to decide what we need to do. I do now favour the 7 days with a "BREAK DAY" on the Thursday where nothing is planned and we simply just chill at our respective gites.

The way it works is anyone who went last year, gets offered their place for this year in the same gite/room. Anyone who can't re commit means others can move up the list to the gite/room above.

The List

RED = confirmed

Les Blotinieres:
Matthew Yates (Gite organiser)
Dave Rose
David Leach
Ken Howard
Mark Finnegan
Adam Nightingale (or Bill)
Martyn Yates
Stuart Kemp
Ian Dover
Adrian Elwell
Dan Andrews (Gym-Jim goes into gite 4 for now)
Demetri Kafetzi

Guys Gite in Pontvillain:
Aran Brooks (Gite organiser)
Mike Bateman
Nigel Graby
Michael Wright
Nigel Holmes
Nick Pilbeam
Gary Brooks
Robert Kemshell
Shaun Evers
Krishna Ready
Vamshi Juvvadi
Adam Croft
Neil Fisher

Le Bois:
John Emment (Gite organiser)
Phil Carroll
Chris
Damon Wheaton
Athol Haas
Matthew Gordon
Steve McDowell
David Cartwright
Aldous Voice

We also have a really nice second gite in Pontvillain which is available for new comers or anyone who wishes to move here from one of the gites above:

Waynes Gite in Pontvillain:
1. Midlifecrisis
2. Moz1000
3. Gym-Jim
4.
5.
6.
7.
8.
9.
10.

So, if your an oldie, let me know if your coming and if you a newb to Le Mans and are thinking of going, I can tell you, its the single best car/lads trip you will experience. I have been to several events over the years and this is still by far and away the one I really look forward to. I suspect all that went last time will sign up again, as thats the way it goes.

John count me and david in

Mav has booked Le Bois yesterday. As we have the new gite closer in Pontvillain we will move 2 from Le Bois up as it was a bit over stocked last year by all accounts.

Waynes is 2 gites next to each other with Wayne and his wife on hand to help with anything you need. Wayne is Canadian/French and thus speaks fluent English and French.

Ill post up some pics of his gites. Also being in Pontvillain its quick to go in and out of the circuit with Arnage being only 20 mins away.
