Would love to try dropping the Spyder a little, but I'm already a bit nervous of some of the brutal the speed bumps round London.
A GranSport is 10mm lower than a stock 4200, so you should be able to do that without any issues as a minimum. I think Miles did that with his old 4200. I've spoken to Mathew at Giallo who reckons that a few GS owners have dropped the ride height further and say it's transformed the handling. It's something I will think about, but I don't want the car scraping everywhere when I drive it. I find the handling very good so far - may have a different opinion after taking it on a track.Chris,
Yes that is an issue and any drop would have to be measured. When Lambo's and Ferrari's move around they seem to manage and they are low. I believe the standard suspension on the 4200/Spyder will drop a bit without adding, or replacing anything, so when mine next goes in I am going to have a look.
