Thought I'd add another to the old incoming thread rather than start a new thread.

Forgot to mention I managed to get back into a Maserati again. Was sad to see the old 4200 go but finances/mortgage dictated some decisions. Still hardly flush with cash but stumbled across a nice facelift a short while back and couldn't resist the temptation!

The seller kindly dropped it off to Matt to do an MOT and a few bits for me. Thanks Matt. Then got it low loader collected/delivered to me. Very nice well looked after car with only 40k miles, recent clutch so all good.

Looks lovely Dean. Did I dream it but didn’t you buy another V8 Vantage as well in an auction ?

Thanks Andy. I did. It was a short tenure. I have no idea why but I really didn't enjoy it as much as the first one I had a few years back.

The 2nd one was a newer lower miler and far better example and not sure if I have changed or the rose tinted specs were always on with the first. I just couldn't get into it so much this time. Just found it an almost car this time that wasn't spot on in any way. As it was over £25k and money is fairly tight these days I didn't want so much tied up in something I didn't love.

The 4200 is half the price and much more than half as good. Makes more sense for me currently.

Very Nice indeed Dean and what an impeccable MOT History.
Loving the Bordeaux leather too.
Interesting your thoughts versus the Aston Martin as well.
