Impressed at this thread drift, by the way. From a new dealer in Blackbum to Robert in the shower via sheep and God knows what else.

Hmmm... perhaps that they have stumbled upon a forum of fools. Quick, think of something sensible to say!

Hey guys, that certainly has gone of tangent somewhat............i better keep an eye on the local wildlife if any of you guys pop in for a visit.

Thats why i love these forums...............new dealer intro...........sheep.............showers..........come on whats next.

On a personal note, i lived in Plymouth for a number of years and always loved an area called Mutley!

Hi, I'm not that far from you (North Manchester). What experience do your techs have? There is a recall on the QP and my car needs it doing, do you provide courtesy cars etc? Do you do your MOT's in house?

thanks

Simon,
we are more than capable of carrying out the recall on your QP, we have full Maserati dealership facilities. We are fully Mot approved and all works are carried out in house, we can offer collection and delivery and do also have courtesy cars available.

why not give me a call tomorrow and Ill see what we can arrange, 01254 769069.

Where are you exactly? Last time I looked on Google Maps it had you in the middle of a field (well not far off).

Do you do MOT's on Saturday morning's? Car not due yet but I like to plan ahead.

This recall with the tie rods, can you do it in a day? I believe its 6 hrs work.

What are your courtesy cars by the way?

No Adam, it was only a slight wiggle, and would have gone totally unnoticed I'm sure..!!

Bob, they need as many dealers as they can get so that they can all sell hundreds of Ghibli's each..!!

As a slightly related comment, I called the Maserati Service place in High Wycombe - Modena Trident - today in regard to a recall and servicing, who are still listed on Maserati's site. The response was a fairly terse "we stopped doing Maserati's in January of this year as in our opinion the current cars aren't supercars and are not of interest". Ok, fair enough and glad their business is doing well enough to drop the brand. But, the minor niggle is why Maserati still list them on their website!?

They are called Modena Trident and they don't do Maseratis? I would suggest a name change so they don't look like idiots as well as sounding like idiots.

Guess they must have only sold MC12's as the 'current' cars have more bhp than ever. More like they offered poor service and got booted.

On a side note after my post above, JCT600 called today asking about me coming in for the recall work. A bit of a coincidence maybe?
