That's not a pup, that's the blue-eyed assassin! The old clunker seems to scrub up well, even using the one-bucket-old-sponge system. The engine is running like a sewing machine at the moment and long may it continue!

Also agree re Swissvax for the wheels. Not cheap and a bit of a fiddle to apply but really good. Anyone know roughly how long it lasts, by the way?

depends on application and how they are washed, wash the wheel with wheel cleaner and you will strip this wax off, wash with normal bodywork shampoo and it will last longer

The Tridents will be staying on until after the Modena trip, possibly longer but the stripes will be staying.
