The bloke Wolverine and Sabretooth fight on top of the power station tower with the laser beam eyes and sealed shut mouth is Wade Wilson mutated into Deadpool.Don't remember that at all. Crappy movie, though.
OMG is thought of as an initialism of the internet age but it transpires it's rather a lot older than that.
To whom was the first recorded use of OMG sent? And when?

I didnt know so i looked it up. Thats quite amazing. There is a image of the message sent containing the OMG phrase. The strange thing is that the sender then typed Oh My God in brackets afterwards to explain the initials. Making the OMG a little pointless.
Great question.
The youngsters at work also see the @ as new! First recorded in 1536, and used on keyboards since 1971.
1536? Wow!
So clue: The recipient was not at the time, but later became PM

Obviously this significantly reduces the number of possible candidates - but not necessarily the timeframe if @ is anything to go by.
A wild stab in the dark then - Clement @lee ?
Very close

I'd guess then it would have to be Churchill.
Seeing as Attlee's tenure was sandwiched by Sir Winston.
No idea when though.
Lord Fisher to Winston Churchill in 1917
