**** off **** little **** of a **** **** **** Frenchman :)

Decipher that bad boy!

I think I've deciphered the first word which, when put with the second, tells me all I need to know. However, it's the last word which offends me more! ;)

That's very sad news about Urby's father. All the very best to him and to Urby of course. I doff my cap to Drew as well. What a great thing to do at such short notice, particularly if he is cycling on that Victorian recumbent. :)

Agreed on all points.

Still, I'm curious to know who gave Drew the horn.

Probably the thought of Matt in Lycra. Sh!t, I just got a bit of sick in my mouth as I wrote that and I can confirm that sweet and sour chicken tastes better on the way down.

Drew, that is like something made from left over parts from the time machine! Lol

Obviously. He just needs to cycle up to speed, and arrive at the destination, leaving nothing but a couple of tyre tracks on the grass. Possibly I may be talking Morlocks! ;)

Got to say my 2nd choice is Castelli after Assos, good fitting gear if a little garish if you choose wrong^^^^^^^^^lol

Yep, that's almost a verbatim report of the phone conversation I had with Matt yesterday :) Except for the bit where he pointed out that the Assos gear was expensive.... Yes, yes it is!

Castelli make the Maserati Cycling kit, so Matt will be checking it for cracks when it arrives...

Matt you should be out training! Should be on 25 miles a day at least by now!

Doing 50 miles in one stint on the bike at the mo, doing 2 this weekend back to back plus I am doing boxercise twice a week too. I am not going to get any fitter, just injure myself if I do anymore.

I have been seriously cycling for 2 years and Boxercise at least twice a week for just over a year now.

The bikes just been serviced and is ready, well one of them anyway, going to do the Jamis 29'er this weekend:

New tyres and tubes, tank bag with 50k battery to charge the iPhone 6 plus navigation, crank and transmission stripped, checked and reassembled. Carbon frame inspected for cracks.
