Afternoon, looks like I didn't have to go in after all. the duty engineer fixed the fault and I got to look at four places. It's amazing what people ask for when we saw a much more serviceable place around the corner for 10k less and had the all important garage plus conservatory and workshop. Seriously need to stick my place on the market.

Its been a while since anyone blew me but ill pass on your offer thanks

Surely any port in a storm, Dem?

Just back from Dub customs to discuss some light cosmetic tweakery. Plan hatched, booking made. Update to follow.

For now I have some very important sobbing to do in the back garden.

Ran the 147 to Boston and back without missing a beat. Knackered now, though.

Dad is fine, thanks. Although half legless....

Morning all, hope your Dad continues to make progress C...

Day of spannering today - Susie wants to learn how the race car suspension works, rather than just watching me adjust things behind a smoke and mirrors mystery shield :)

Morning all, beautiful day in North Yorkshire - day of gardening at the van for me - 2 lots as I do the old couples next door for them - and I have a huge lleylandi hedge to fettle and when thats done I may park myself in front of TV for a bit of the tour - usually inspires me to get out on bike until I hit a proper Yorkshire hill.

Morning all,

Hope today is a little bit better than yesterday-

Was meant to meet friends in Berkshire. Woke up feeling a little dull, but made a lovely picnic. Went to get the car out of the garage but noticed the light was not working and also the power points...so no trickle charge. Battery not strong enough to start the car... After finding the fuse had tripped in the house I waited for the car to charge, but then on driving it out found the rear tyre was punctured. No chance of getting this sorted in time so had to cancel.

Then my dull head got worse...and worse ending up in bed.

Later that afternoon I go a call from Lloyds bank...looks like my details have been compromised whilst in London and although I will get the money back the account is cleared of a few £k... So cards cancelled, and a weeks wait for new ones...phewww
