Good lunch in in Leighton Buzzard, although the paving slab sized brownie is sitting heavy!

Back home, jelly made. TV and wine I feel :)

So after 3 weeks driving a 6.0 V10 Ford with all the performance of a Suffolk Punch it has been nice to be back behind the super smooth V8 in the RR today, even better the RR does twice the miles to the gallon (not often I can say that). All I need now is fuel to be around the $2.50 per gallon it averaged in the States

Matt, a Suffolk Punch:

In itself named after a large breed of shire horses.

Anyway had a good afternoon at a friends boat, took it through Enfield lock and back...

Car rolled over 20,000 on the way there.

Good morning all.....Great holiday..Thanks John again for what is the most relaxing holiday. Was impressed with Lille and will be going back for a weekend I think. One thing that amazed me was the amount of looks the XE got while travelling through France. Thumbs up and people coming to have a look when parked...Bizare......

Morning,

Up early(ish) for last minute prep before heading off down to Portsmouth for tomorrow's ferry. Thinking I've got everything sorted.

Have a great day all

Morning all, got to work the bank holiday and do the last two meter reinforcements in the current batch. Oh well keeps the car off the yellow line out the front of the house I suppose!

Have fun all...

Morning forum. Might go for a run before it gets too warm, then, hopefully, a lazy day. Make some blackberry jam, lie in the garden.

Have a great day, all

Morning all. Rudely woken up by a neighbours yappy dog, yapping for an hour, which is very, very annoying.

Now to decide what to do for the day. However, sadly I doubt it will involve the Maser.

Does it involve a spade, a shallow grave and a tainted sausage by chance?

Hmmm, 4 miles intended turned into just under 7. That was most pleasant. I feel righteous enough that a bottle of plonk may well feature in my afternoon.
