As I said in the other thread. I was 81+ kg after Le Mans, got down to 75kg before bouncing back up to a Christmas induced 77kg. 75kg was what I was in my 20's and I could feel that a pair of 32" jeans needed a belt. Happy with that.

I would like to get in the 75-79 kg zone and I would be happy with that

Run up and down the stairs in my house, do it 20 times now, takes it out of you especially now the meter has clicked round to 59.

I really need to lose a bit of weight and improve my fitness- 6’3” and 16 1/2 stone so a good 2stone to target.
I did start mountain biking in the summer but up injuring my shoulder and now anytime in the saddle is painful.
Diet is not too bad but booze is a vice I need to moderate.
So the plan will be subtle changes to diet, cutting down the booze and taking regular walks and see how that goes.

Currently at 75kg, I have bulked on around 2kg with doing two sessions a week at the gym

Had to take a break for a couple of weeks as I had covid then Christmas bank holidays so going back tomorrow for my first session out of the next bulk booking of 20.

Definitely progressed a bit at the gym doing heavier weights with minimal breaks... my PT has earned her proud nickname of "buttfuckington"

Looking a bit different (the wife seems happy with the changes) and feeling OK after a mild case of covid just a bit of lingering tiredness - hopefully going back to the gym will reset that

The mind literally boggles :lol2:

I need to get back to having a PT, and now the smirking will take my mind off of the pain.

The term came to me one morning when I woke up, remembered it is leg day and was immediately filled with dread

I told her about her new nickname.... She laughed and said she'll take it over being recently called a sadist by another one of her other clients
