You can’t hide from reality, take it from me...... more people than expected are dying.
Stay safe
Expected by whom? Unless the ONS are lying, deaths are about or below the 5 year average....

I only know what I know !You can’t hide from reality, take it from me...... more people than expected are dying.

According to the ONS they’re above the 5 year average.
I only know what I know !
The problem with what we 'know' is it's very often wrong. Absolutely no offence is mean. This is simply a statistical observation and perception is reality.

Perhaps I am wrong then .......... but my observations are not dependent upon any ONS statistics
Totally get it. And again, no insult intended, but this is what humans do. Our gut tells us that what we see is what everyone else experiences....

Let’s see what it Is like in Wales in a month from now, that is after a complete lockdown for two weeks. Everything shut down, no home visits by anyone inside or outside, no family interaction, restricted travel, schools are closed for half term, working from home, etc. Basically the most that can be done, in fact exactly the same as It was on day one. If it hasn’t improved things we are all in deep sh1t, if it has improved things even on a temporary level it may be the way forward for the time being. It won’t have helped the economy I agree, depends on your personal priorities. But it will be a test case.No offence taken ...... incidentally the ONS figures also show increased death rate,

Looks like theyI didn't even know we had any shisha bars
Problem is until and if there is a successful vaccine we will lockdown, come out, what's left in the population will spread again, and repeat.
We need to continue life but be harder with preventing it spreading. Many just aren't wearing masks, or not properly (under their nose!), or poor quality. Not maintaining safe distances. Just don't care.
All too often you see a 20 something walk into a shop, or barber's, not wearing a mask, think they are above it all/won't effect me attitude and is rarely challenged.
Something radical like a proper government facemask with replacement filters issued to everyone over 11 and if you are caught not wearing it when outside your home, you get heavily fined. Just a thought and maybe something from a sci-fi movie but must be cheaper than all the payouts.
