Lov it.

My Alfa GT goes in for paint on Monday, so I am now in the GS as my daily driver for the next 2 weeks.

Apart from the playing, how have you all been finding the Masers in the snow?

My car's been impeccable Matt, but some of the side roads are just sheet ice. Great if you have space and are on the level, but even a slight incline will defeat you. The worst however is road camber. The thought of sliding gently towards the kerb and then grating your alloys, with absolutely nothing you can do about it - unsettling. Happily I believe the worse of the weather is behind us, at least for the moment. Cheers, Miles.

Miles, could you post some pictures of your 4200 with the new upgrades please?

I know Adam, I've been remiss, but between work, the Christmas bash and my errant daughter, time's been a scarce commodity. I'll try and do something over the weekend. Cheers, Miles.

3 years ago having done a 720 plus in wet conditions at 85 mph i know only too well what the consequences are of getting it wrong , to see lamposts and signposts whizzing by as your piroetting half on the road and half on the grass verge isnt that much fun when you know at any moment that one could jump out and hit one of the wings, gratefully by the grace of god i managed to miss the lot and ended up facing the wrong way down a dual carriage way , after a half hearted handbrake turn i managed to right myself to facing the correct way , carried on the remainder of my 120 mile journey at 30 mph , More experienced now i do play in the wet and icy conditions but these are heavy old beasts to control, once they have committed themselves into a slide, wide open spaces great just be careful out there
