how did you resolve the heater/air con issue. Mines the same.
not keen on going back to maranello already especially if somthing simple. Tried battery reset will check fuse later.

Hi, I took it back to Meridien under warranty. They had to take the dash out to replace an actuator. Not sure which one though.
I can contact them if you want to find out more?
Since then it's been 100%

Due to take it back to Maranello on Tuesday but went out yesterday and just been out now and working ok now!

Mine did the same but they didn't seem to have any problem locating the fault, since then it's been 100% (touch wood)
