Interesting options for a station car?

MX-5 is an interesting thought. I think they've passed from hairdresser's car to aspiring classic.

Alfa Mito leaves me cold: hopeless visibility (parking in narrow spaces in a station car park would be a pain), choppy ride, and nothing endearing about the dynamics. Looks cool though.

I can't help agreeing with Paul - a bike. Even my 8 year old manages that distance every morning and afternoon on her bike.

Looks like my SEAT is on it's way out too, so do I go the above 'bangernomics' route or get something 'decent'...(Giulia?)

The old Russian BTR looks interesting, if anyone buys it, I'll get the radios working!

We used to race the tracked version up and down the runway at the military airport in Kuwait until we got buzzed by a Tankbuster !! We too got them going and sorted radio's.. was great fun having your own APC for a couple of weeks....

My dad used to drive a volvo on a B road close to Alconbury on his way home , he got buzzed by A10s a few times because he drove so slowly

Once he stopped and started waving his fist at them so the flew away with a wing waggle

Yup, do it. Love 'em.

I had an import electric transtop jobbie some years back. A 1.6 CRX VTEC....what a cracking engine. Like a turbo & supercharger going off at the same time about 6k+ revs!

Well it felt like it & quite fast back then. I'd buy one.

I would, always fancied one of these but never did

Hollybrook always have some nice cars, a tad pricey but I guess you get what you pay for. I see they have a 309GTi coming, they were also awesome in the day
